The recent activities of the M23 rebels in the DRC have led to a mass influx of refugees into Uganda especially Kisoro District which is already densely populated. This has had a direct impact on available services in terms of health care, education, housing and the environment. The new arrivals are currently being received at Nyakabande reception centre in South Western Uganda and also the reopened Rwamwanja settlement where most of them are being relocated. The video documentary is a situational analysis of the latest influx of refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
